1. Do we have a limit on commissions?
No, there is no limit to how much you can earn through our commission program.
2. Is the subscription commission recurring?
Yes, as long as the leads you bring remain subscribed, you will continue to receive commissions.
3. What is the minimum payout amount?
The minimum payout amount is $50.
4. Can we use Signaturely branding on social ads and PPC?
No, using Signaturely branding in social ads and PPC campaigns is strictly prohibited. For further details, refer to our copyright terms.
5. Are there any other payment methods?
At this time, PayPal is the only payment method available.
6. What is FirstPromoter?
FirstPromoter is an affiliate and referral-tracking application for SaaS and subscription-based businesses. For more information, visit their website.
7. When and how do I get paid for my earnings?
You will get paid once a month after you reach the minimum payout amount of $50.
8. What is the affiliate cookie life?
Our default cookie life is 60 days. However, Signaturely reserves the right to adjust this duration. Please contact us for confirmation.
9. What should I do if I don’t get paid?
Please contact us. FirstPromoter provides tracking services only and does not manage payouts.
10. Why can’t I see my sign-ups and/or rewards?
Our tracking relies on browser cookies. If your lead used a different browser/device, cleared cookies, or used incognito mode, the sign-up may not be tracked. Additionally, signing up through your own referral link is not allowed.
11. How can I see more details about my performance?
The dashboard offers the following pages:
- Details: View your progress by days, weeks, and months, as well as top referrers and URLs.
- Rewards: See a list of all commissions and their statuses.
- Leads: Check the status of all referred leads. If you don’t see these pages, they may not be enabled. Please contact us for clarification.
12. Can I participate in the commission program if I am outside the United States?
Yes, the program is open to participants worldwide, provided they meet the minimum withdrawal amount and have a PayPal account.
13. Are there restrictions on promotional strategies?
Yes, misleading, spammy, or fraudulent promotional strategies are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in the termination of your account and the forfeiture of commissions.
